'This has been an excellent learning process and made me think deeply. I will always keep referring to some of the lessons. Things that I thought are obvious are not, things I thought should or ought not happen do happen all the time in family and working life. This site should be a Training tool in Human Resources for all sizes of Public Services and Private Enterprise.'

'Setting difficult goals to drive and stretch capabilities are excellent concepts from the business point of view as long as the workforce is properly rewarded. Does that happen always? However, moving the goal post to something unattainable by bad Managers comes to mind.'

'From past personal experience with British Civil Service, as a matter of course on Management positions, promoted Managers will be transferred to a new office, managing completely new staff. This does not happen in Private enterprise always. I feel however, a decisive, confident and deserving newly promoted individual should be able to demonstrate managerial skills in any given environment.'

'Last paragraph, personally speaking, it is poignant. The phrase comes to mind, "Cowards die many times before their death". Through our mistakes we may learn, but at times this could be a very expensive lesson learnt or realised too late, especiallywhere children are involved.'

'Contingency Plan. This is a must. I am personally experiencing the lack of forward planning right now in our office. Our Manager is scheduled for a serious operation on his spine and a sudden family crisis in our Team Leader's family has created an atmosphere of sheer panic. If this does not teach a lesson to the Senior Management, nothing will.'

'Unfortunately, I am not a good fan of Star Trek. The girls were not pretty enough to draw my attention and stories were not funny enough to make me laugh. The lessons are too much reading, like legal contracts almost and will take months to go through them all.'

'I've just been looking over the website via iPhone (it works very well that way). I really like the writing and the concept. Although I think a couple graphics would jazz things up. I would recommend placing a link at the bottom of each Lesson page to the next set of lessons. That way you don't have to scroll back to the top to go to the next set. Very handy on a mobile device.'
